PASO 1: Quita las comillas y ajusta los pronombres.
PASO 2: Cambia el tiempo verbal "un paso atrás":
Present Simple → Past Simple · Present Continuous → Past Continuous
Present Perfect → Past Perfect · Past Simple → Past Perfect
Will → Would · Can → Could · May → Might
PASO 3: Ajusta expresiones de tiempo:
today → that day · tomorrow → the next day / the following day
yesterday → the day before · now → then

"I am tired." → She said (that) she was tired.

"I will help you." → He promised (that) he would help me.
